What is the Financial Services Authority in Sweden?


The Financial Services Authority (or FSA) in Sweden is a government agency. It oversees financial regulation, financial markets, and market participants in the country.

There are no clear regulations for cryptocurrencies in Sweden. However, some VASPs such as exchanges or custodians must comply with the Swedish Anti-Money Laundering Act. And it is the Financial Services Authority that supervises them.
